Samsung Exclaim Text Messaging Issues

25-Jan-2010 Samsung has released software version M550 CL03 to correct text messaging issues on the Exclaim.  To manually start the update, go to : Home>Tools>Update Phone>Update Firmware.  Once the download is complete, you can verify the new software was installed by going to:  Home>Settings>Phone Information>Version.  If you continue to have problems with text messaging please contact our Authorized Service Center for additional assistance.
