Not only does Businet provide Nextel and Sprint communications we keep your phone going with our Service and Repair Center. Businet offers an *Equipment Service and Repair Plan (ESRP) for Nextel handsets covering all repairable damaged for only $3.00 per phone per month. ESRP saves you the customer the expense of repairs ranging from $15.00 to $55.00 per incident. Most repairs are made while you wait.
Also offered for the Nextel handsets is *Direct Protect (SignalŽ). This will cover the Nextel phone if it is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair. Direct Protect is an additional $4.95 per phone and requires a $35.00 deductible at the time of a claim.
Sprint handsets can also be covered by repair/replacement plans. The Sprint *Equipment Service and Repair Program is only $3.00 per month per phone and will cover all repairable damage. This plan saves you the customer up to $55.00 per repair. Most repairs made while you wait.
Sprint handsets can also be covered by the *Sprint PCS Equipment Replacement Program (Lock/LineŽ) which covers loss, theft, and damage beyond repair. The monthly premium is $4.00 per month per phone and a deductible of $50.00 per occurrence.
Both the Sprint Repair Program and the Sprint Replacement Program can be bundled together for the *Sprint PCS Total Equipment Protection for only $6.00 per month per phone.
